Welcome to Nurturing Nikki

Doula is a Greek word meaning "woman servant or caregiver". It now refers to an experienced woman who offers emotional and practical support to a woman or couple before, during and after childbirth.

About me

My name is Nikki, I am married to Mark and we have three fantastic (I am biased) grown up children. A son Matthew and twin daughters Hannah & Laura. We live in a village near Buckingham with our Yorkshire Terrier Lola.

I completed the Nurturing Birth course for Birth & Post Natal doulas in February 2015 and the DoulaUK Post Natal recognition process in July 2017.
